The Richards Trauma Process™ 

TRTP™  is experienced over 3 online sessions of 1.5 - 2 hours

TRTP™ uses focused attention along with your imagination to speak to your subconscious mind and provides fast and long lasting relief from the traumatic and distressing events in your life without re experiencing the events.

Session One

In Session One we replace the unhelpful feelings and thoughts that have kept you stuck in habitual patterns of thought and behaviour with something infinitely better - the real version of you that you have always wanted to be. In dealing with these unhelpful thoughts and feelings at the beginning of the process, self-sabotage is avoided during the following therapy.

Session Two

Session Two is life changing. You will experience a sense of empowerment and release from your trauma and distressing life events. This session creates a feeling of calm and peace that you may never have previously experienced. You quickly move from a place of not feeling safe to feeling, ‘It’s over.  I’m safe now…’  Calm returns on all levels and symptoms cease.

Session Three

In Session Three we consolidate the changes you have made and look towards your new future. This feels fabulous. TRTP™ does not merely address the symptoms of trauma. It deals with the underlying cause of the problem, removing the emotional charge from the past and returning you to a state of empowerment, returning the sympathetic nervous system to calm.
